About Twin Royal Pagodas (Doi Inthanon)
These are the two modern chedis built to honour the King and Queen, set up on the Doi Inthanon summit road with manicured gardens around them and mountain views stretching out below. They're not ancient temples, don't go expecting centuries of history, they're a fairly recent addition, but the setting and the gardens make them a genuinely nice stop.
On their own they wouldn't be worth the trip up the mountain, but nobody visits Doi Inthanon just for the pagodas anyway. Fold them into a full day on the mountain and they're an easy, pleasant break between the bigger sights.
Getting around is easy, it's stairs and escalators rather than a hike, so it works for pretty much anyone in the group.

Tips
- Go in the cool season if you want clear valley views, the gardens look their best then too

- Plan for 45 minutes to an hour here, it fits naturally alongside the rest of a Doi Inthanon day
