About Pattaya City Viewpoint (Pratumnak)
The Pratumnak viewpoint is the classic postcard lookout over Pattaya Bay, complete with the big Pattaya City sign for your photo. It's the best free view in town, taking in the sweep of the bay and the city skyline from up on the hill.
Because it's free and famous, it draws tour buses and vendors and can get busy. The way around that is timing. Go early in the day for quiet, or come at sunset when the light over the bay is at its best and worth the crowd.
It's a quick stop, so pair it with nearby Wat Phra Yai on the same hill. Easy to reach by Grab or a baht bus and a short walk.
