About Khao Khanab Nam
These two limestone peaks flanking the Krabi River are the town's natural gateway landmark, and the short longtail ride out to them is a cheap, pleasant way to get on the water. The view of the twin karsts is the real reason to go.
The caves themselves are modest, so do not build the trip up in your head as a big caving adventure. There are mangrove boardwalks to poke around too.
Think of this as a nice add-on rather than a headline sight, easy to slot into a half-day in town. Late afternoon light on the peaks is lovely.
