About Ton Kloi Waterfall
This is the furthest fall on the western trail and the payoff is real solitude, the kind of quiet jungle most day-trippers never reach. If you want a proper full-day trek away from the crowds, this is it.
Be clear-eyed about the commitment. It's a serious walk for strong hikers only, and people badly underestimate the distance. It also officially closes in the wet season, roughly June through mid-December, so check before you build a day around it.
Go with a guide and start early, because you need the daylight for the full round trip. Stick to the dry-season window when the trail is safe and dry underfoot, and don't talk yourself into it if you're not up for a long day on your feet.
