About Sunset Beach (Ko Lipe)
This is the quietest of the three main beaches, a small tucked-away cove on the northwest tip. The short walk from Walking Street keeps the crowds thin, and the payoff is a calm little spot with a decent coral reef sitting just offshore. People have spotted turtles here too.
As the name promises, this is the place to be in the late afternoon. Time your walk over for the golden hour and settle in for the sunset. It's the island's prime spot for it.
It's well worth the short effort to get here. If you want somewhere secluded to snorkel a bit and end the day watching the sky change, this cove delivers.
