About Hua Hin Beach
This is the beach that made Hua Hin famous, the original royal seaside strip, and it is right in the middle of town so you can walk to it from most central hotels. The sand is soft, there is a long stretch to wander, and the old fishing pier and seafood restaurants give it that classic resort-town feel.
Be realistic about the trade-offs. It is busy and built up near the centre, and the horse and pony rides are a touristy hard-sell that can wear thin quickly. It is pleasant rather than pristine.
If you want cleaner sand and fewer people, walk or head south toward Khao Takiab, where the beach opens up and quiets down. Early morning is the nicest time here, with calm water before the crowds arrive.
