About Chado Cliff Viewpoint

This is arguably the best view in the whole area, and it comes free with your park ticket. From the top you get a sweeping panorama over Ko Lipe and the turquoise channel that separates the two islands. It's the kind of view that makes the sweat worth it.

And there will be sweat. Be honest with yourself about the climb: it's steep, rocky and partly unshaded, with some rope sections where you'll be scrambling. Wear proper shoes, not flip-flops. Give yourself the boat transfer plus the uphill hike and it's a solid chunk of your morning.

Start early. You want to be climbing before the heat and haze roll in, both for comfort and for the clearest view. Do it right and this is the single most memorable thing you can do around Ko Lipe.
