About Sirinat National Park
Sirinat protects the quiet, undeveloped northwest corner of Phuket, the beaches most tourists never reach: Nai Yang, Nai Thon and Mai Khao, along with casuarina forest and mangroves. It's worth it if you want the nature-focused side of the island.
The standout is Mai Khao, a rare leatherback and green turtle nesting beach. In nesting season it's a special thing to be near, but keep your distance and don't disturb the animals.
Come here to trade the resort strip for shade, space and a slower pace.
